What we look for

- Distressed and underperforming commercial and multifamily properties
- Single assets and small portfolios in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut

We buy as principal, underwrite each deal ourselves, and can bring in co-investors on larger transactions. Sellers and advisors can expect a direct conversation and a clear answer.
